Nic Minter

Founder / Director

Nic is the Founder / Director and brains behind everything here at Soqual.

Aside from building the Soqual brand you’ll find Nic behind every strategy and detailed sales funnel.

With extensive experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing, over the last 8 years Nic has worked with many well established businesses local to Newcastle and Hunter Valley areas to help them build their online presence and ultimately grow their business.

Nic has built her business to become one of Newcastle’s leading creative agencies… with so many exciting plans ahead!

Abbie Sceresini

Account Manager

As our dedicated Account Manager, Abbie is responsible for pulling together killer marketing strategies, executing email marketing campaigns, looking after several social media accounts for our clients and so much more. She is driven, with a knack for developing enticing content that resonates!

Abbie holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and has studied courses in public relations, graphic design and photography.

Having worked with Soqual for the last six years, Abbie loves combining her passions to help businesses reach their full potential online.

Renae Dawson

Account Manager

Renae joins the Soqual team as a dedicated Account Manager, bringing with her the highest level of enthusiasm and creative energy.

Renae holds a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations) and an Advanced Diploma in Fashion Business. Pair these qualifications with Renae’s experience in property marketing and you’ve got yourself one stylish, versatile marketing creative!

Utilising a combination of strategy and zest, Renae is passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns to suit individual brand objectives. Her number one goal is ensuring that her clients are receiving a tailored marketing experience that gets results.

Rachel Siebermaier

Digital Marketing Specialist

Rachel began her career in marketing and events management after graduating business college in 2013. Since then, she has worked in multiple industries and roles, strengthening her skillset, and now brings her experience and knowledge of all things Digital Marketing to the Soqual team!

You’ll find Rach working behind the scenes with website development and management, writing attention-grabbing copy and taking care of Google Ads.

Rach has a ‘go-getter’ attitude about life, and this most definitely translates into her work; always up for working through a challenge to get the best results for our clients!

Meighan Birrell

Senior Graphic Designer

Meighan is our superstar graphic designer who has a flair for bringing your vision to life!

Meighan is passionate about helping your business grow and simplifying your brand. She does this through the creation of beautiful content and ensuring consistency across all of your branding mediums. Offering a complete design experience, Meighan is here to help from your initial design consultation all the way through to completion and ongoing design support.
